SHIPPING POLICY
All orders use a flat rate shipping of $5.00, regardless of weight or destination.
Working directly with our distributor has allowed us to charge a single flat rate shipping charge regardless of weight or destination. What this means to you, the customer, is that whether you order a single pendant or 6 chalices with much greater shipping weight, you will only be charged a single flat shipping rate of $5.00.
We do realize that, at present, this can greatly impact single item orders and we are proactively working on additional methods to reduce this charge to the most minimal charge possible.
Please allow up to 14 business days for shipping during non-holiday ordering times.

RETURN POLICY
For products that are verifiably damaged or defective upon receipt. Manicmall will provide a free replacement of the damaged/defective product.
All returns are subject to requiring an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any products shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be processed nor shipped back to you.
Once the RMA process has been initiated and product is received, return processing then becomes irreversible and is subject to the terms of the return as set forth by customer service during the RMA process.
